Accessibility Statement

These are general terms provided for transparency and convenience. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

DAZZ Diamonds is committed to a website that everyone can use, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of the quality of service we owe our trade partners, and we work to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), which adopt Israeli Standard SI 5568 — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Keyboard navigation — every link, button and form field can be reached with Tab and Shift+Tab, activated with Enter and dismissed with Escape. Focus is clearly visible, and a “Skip to main content” link opens every page.
  • Semantic structure — headings, navigation, main content and footer are marked up as landmarks so screen-reader users can move between them directly.
  • Text alternatives for product photography; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Colour contrast that meets the AA ratio for text and controls.
  • Text enlargement up to 200%, with a layout that stays usable on every screen size, including mobile.
  • Reduced motion — decorative animation is switched off for visitors whose operating system asks for less motion.
  • Language and direction are declared for each edition of the site (English, German, Hebrew), so screen readers pronounce the content correctly.
  • Forms with visible labels and clear messages.

The site is tested in the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, with automated checks (axe) and manual keyboard and screen-reader review.

Known limitations

  • WhatsApp chat is a third-party service (Meta) whose accessibility we do not control. You are always welcome to reach us by email or phone instead.
  • Some product images and videos in the catalog may not yet carry a full description. We keep improving the catalog and welcome reports.

Our offices

We meet trade customers at the Israel Diamond Exchange, Maccabi Building, Ramat Gan — a public building with lift access. If you need an adapted meeting, or a video appointment instead of a visit, contact us in advance and we will arrange it.
