Last updated: June 15, 2026
These are general terms provided for transparency and convenience. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
This Privacy Policy explains how DAZZ Diamonds (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and engage with us as a trade customer. DAZZ Diamonds is a B2B wholesale diamond jewelry manufacturer based at the Israel Diamond Exchange, supplying jewelers, retailers and brands internationally, including in the European Union.
Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
- DAZZ Diamonds
- Israel Diamond Exchange, Ramat Gan, Maccabi Building, Offices 31, 32, 56
- Email: contact@dazzdiamonds.com
What personal data we collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to trade inquiries and fulfil orders:
- Contact details — your name, business name, email address, phone number and country, submitted through our contact / trade-inquiry form.
- Order information — the products you configure, quantities, shipping details and any notes you provide during checkout.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us by email or via WhatsApp.
- Usage data — if you consent, anonymous analytics about how the site is used (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
We do not collect payment card details directly through this website; payments are handled by our payment provider or arranged by bank transfer against an invoice.
How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiries and open and manage a trade account.
- To prepare quotes, process orders and arrange insured shipping.
- To communicate with you about your orders and our products.
- To understand and improve how our website and catalog are used.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Our legal bases for processing under the GDPR include the performance of a contract (or steps prior to a contract), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, your consent (for analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve our content. Analytics only runs after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. We operate Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising storage is used until you give consent. Google processes this data on our behalf; please refer to Google’s own privacy resources for details of their processing.
We offer WhatsApp as a convenient channel for trade communication. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed in order to reply to you. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary items keep the site working, while analytics cookies are optional and are only set with your consent. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this site, which will cause the banner to appear again.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — for example our analytics provider, payment provider and insured shipping partners — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law.
International transfers
As we operate internationally and use service providers located in different countries, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for the period required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Inquiry messages that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA (or another region with similar laws), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
- Request portability of data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@dazzdiamonds.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
