Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the supply of goods by DAZZ Diamonds (“we”, “us” or “our”) to trade customers (“you”). DAZZ Diamonds is a B2B wholesale diamond jewelry manufacturer based at the Israel Diamond Exchange, selling to jewelers, retailers and brands internationally. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Trade customers only

We sell on a wholesale, business-to-business basis only. By ordering, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is USD $1,000, excluding shipping and any applicable duties or taxes.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are wholesale, trade-only prices.
• Full payment is required upfront before an order enters production or is dispatched.
• Payment can be made by the methods we offer at checkout, or by bank transfer against an invoice.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply in the destination country.

Production and delivery

Orders are manufactured and dispatched for delivery within 14 business days of confirmed payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timeframes are good-faith estimates and may be affected by customs, couriers or other factors outside our control.

Diamond certification

• Lab-grown center stones are certified by IGI.
• Natural center stones are certified by GIA.
• Side and accent stones are graded in-house and matched for color, clarity and cut; no separate certificates are issued for side stones.

White-label packaging

Unbranded, white-label packaging is available on request so you can present pieces under your own brand. Let us know your requirements when placing an order.

Shipping and insurance

We ship worldwide using insured logistics partners specializing in high-value goods. Risk in the goods passes to you in accordance with the shipping terms agreed for your order. Title to the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Returns and warranty

Because pieces are manufactured to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We do, however, provide a 30-day manufacturing-defect warranty from the date of delivery: if a piece has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or alterations made by third parties.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, designs, logos and the DAZZ Diamonds name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission. Where we produce custom designs to your specification, the parties will agree ownership of any resulting rights in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
